Have we had any correspondence with Saxo Bank

Did anybody check if any of their internal controls were breached

Why did they not intervene when more than 5% losses were made?

Has anybody attempted to get a copy of the terms and conditions that KW was operating with

I've applied to the Danish FSA about Saxo's internal procedures and thus compensation on how they transferred the money from my Silver account to "gold/ocean" account without proper and decent procedures like checking signatures and having a form to complete. I've got a full case agaist them. Let's see what happens but it takes 2-3 months to get anywhere...I'm only in the second week!

I have made offcial complaint agaist Saxo with Danish FSA....let's see how that goes

I'll also be making an official complaint to the Danish FSA this week. The more of us that do this the more pressure it will put on Saxo Bank. I'll also be writing to the FSA this week too.

I've written several letters of complaint to Saxo Banks legal department. They seem to be quite content with their farudster partner Quest and don't seem to be doing anything about them. Quest are refusing to return investors money, and Saxo Bank seem to be quite happy about that they have a partner who resorts to such criminal behaviour. Their legal department said they best they can do is send an email on my behalf to Quest!!!
