with this black and white statement I dont know why Atif Naz is telling the High Court in his email letter that he never had dubai pearl property

That is just one of the many lies and excuses in his email

He's complaining to the Judge that people are contacting his family to find out where he is or they are asking questions to Isfand. £25million of peoples money has disappeared after they were told the fund was making monthly profits, and the idiot is complaining that people want to know where he is!

A lot of the information in the email could only have been obtained via Isfandyar Aslam and Waseem Yaqub - once again proving that these 2 are both in regular contact with Atif.

He also says that he made losses in the "normal course of business" but fails to say that he was living it up on the Palm, driving flash cars, going on desert safaris, sailing on boats, flying people like Isfand over to Dubai from London especially for staff parties and so on - all with the investors money.

ASA brothers... Contacting his family is one thing..but I have heard people having been making threats against his family both here in the UK and the UAE...This is not right and if true those doing this should refrain from this type of action.
